1. The service

Candid is a call review service operated by Prodigy System. You submit a link to a recorded sales call; Candid produces a written coaching report based on the recording's transcript, audio, and video.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the legal right to submit each recording — including any consent required from other participants under applicable recording and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the content of what you submit.

3. Acceptable use

• Submit only sales or coaching calls you are authorised to share.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, or that contains information you are not permitted to disclose.
• Do not attempt to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Reports

Reports are coaching opinions generated from your recording. They are provided for training and development purposes and are not professional, legal, or financial advice. You own your recordings; you receive a licence to use your reports for your own business purposes.

5. Credits and payment

During the beta, reviews are free and quotas may apply. At paid launch, reviews will be purchased as credits. Credit terms, refund policy, and pricing will be published on the pricing page before any charge applies.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected credits, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
